4-Step Drive Packaging Walkthrough
ESD Anti-Static Shielding
Place the storage drive inside an Anti-Static ESD Bag or wrap it tightly in anti-static paper to prevent static discharge from damaging PCB components.
2-Inch Bubble Wrap Layer
Wrap the ESD-shielded drive with at least 2 inches (5-6 layers) of shock-absorbing bubble wrap on all sides. Secure with packing tape.
Rigid Corrugated Cardboard Box
Place wrapped drive inside a rigid cardboard box. Fill empty box gaps with foam or crumpled paper so the drive cannot shift during transit.
FRAGILE & DO NOT DROP Label
Seal the box securely and paste a clear "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE" sticker on the top surface before handing to courier.
